Our process to successfully bring a brand or business to market typically consists
of three stages: Inspiration, Innovation and Investment.
INSPIRATION
The initial problem-definition and brainstorming phase.

Starting with an understanding of a particular physical problem that needs to be addressed, or sometimes starting with a purely inspired idea, a product concept is created in embryonic form. Various options and concept variations may be researched and sketched to develop greater depth and proof of viability.
A strategic product vision is created to define a product’s unique attributes and its demand position in the marketplace. Goals and objectives to achieve the product vision are established. Following this initial research, when a product idea has proven its potential to have a unique, authentic identity and value appeal to inspire others, it can proceed to the innovation stage.
INNOVATION
The stage where we take an idea and give it shape to become reality.
The entire business framework model for bringing the product or service brand to market is defined in the innovation stage. This may include changes to an existing business or developing new companies that address gaps in the delivery strategy. This may include the marketing and sales, supply-chain management, production and financial planning to achieve the product’s vision, goals and objectives.
If a product, the idea is tested and given physical presence working through detailed CAD drawings, physical models and 3D prototyping. Simultaneously, product viability is further researched which may involve material selection, design or brand protection and technical patenting.

Innovation stage strategies may include social media and a heavy online web-based sales presence, or a high-touch physical showroom environment to build customer experience with take-away printed brochures and flyers. Or a combination of both online and physical to establish brand presence. Once thorough testing in the innovation stage has passed and the business model framework is established, the idea is ready to be launched and we can advance to the investment stage.

INVESTMENT
The Investment stage is where the rubber hits the road.

The implementation–business strategy conceived in the innovation stage is set in motion and an inspiring and innovative product idea enters the marketplace. Executing the strategy may require the creation of a start-up while working with well-established suppliers and producers. It may require launch and follow-up events to attract attention, or targeted online communication with potential customers through brand influencers. The possibilities for brand execution are endless, and the investment plan to achieve success is individually tailored to the specific vision and goals of each idea.
